HOW TO USE
|
1) Apply to semi-cured gel strips or gel polish.
2) Cure under UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds, or until fully cured (time may vary based on the lamp used).
3) Finish with Grand Finale top gel.
4) Dazzle the crowd with that gorgeous glitter!
